We offer a comprehensive service on refurbishment of your current solid fuel stoves. Covering all aspects of body restoration, replacing old parts, repairs on any damage and the finishing touches (re-spray or polish). 

Since 1991, we have been working mostly on stove doors as these are the parts of the stove that do require a lot of attention. Our skilled technicians can assist with a general clean, re-roping and fitting new glass. And also more in-depth works such as drilling, tapping and replacement of intricate parts.  

Each job is treated as a quotation initially before any work can be carried out. Resulting in a factory finish door or stove.

 

We can also offer advice if you are looking to undertake this work yourself, from what products to use, and how to carry out the work in a safe manor.

We supply, Hardwood & Softwood Logs, Kindling, Briquettes, Smokeless Coal & Charcoal. 

Our delivery service is available if you are looking to stock up in quantity and we can assist with unloading the products to the area requested.

This service applies to Solid Fuel, Gas, Electric and some Outdoor Products. We will do our best to source the spares you require, whether you have and old or new appliance. In addition to this we can also recommend the right people who can install these parts for you.

We understand that there are some spares that are too hard to locate and often discontinued. In which we case we will offer the best advice on alternative methods and other solutions. 

Another service we offer is scale drawings, whether its for a complete installation, bespoke fireplace, twin wall flue or a media wall. 

We can offer assistance with design to help you invision that perfect look that compliments your own personal style and taste. 

Majority of the products we sell can be made to measure, which will allow you the freedom of working with what you have in situ, or just simply allowing your imagination to run wild with your own unique design. 

Both surveys and quotations are free, and come with no obligation. We would like to start off by introducing you to ideas and giving advice in order to capture what you need. We can recommend specialists and engineers who are incredibly experienced in their fields to carry out a free site survey. They will offer advice and even give a break down of works that would be required as well as labour costs involved. 

From there, a site report will be drawn up, which aids the building of a quotation, listing the parts you require and the products that you would like to go for. This quotation will be worked on for as long as it takes, and can be amended until its just right.

We often find that customers looking to purchase a new stove or fire, may have concerns over how to use them if they are buying something for the first time. Alternatively, there are other customers who are experienced with the product they have, but would like to learn about how they can use this product effectively and economically. 

We can offer tutorials on this which can be booked by contacting our showroom to book a session. We will take you through the many ways of using the products to tips and tricks on getting the best out of it. 

We will also be able to educate you on the do’s and don’ts, to save future problems that can arise. 

Over the seasons we tend to have Sales and Shows that we take part in. Either at the showroom or outdoors. We can invite you along to these events where you will get to see these products in action.
